Richard Maradiaga2023-05-15Flat was clean and organized, very comfortable and convenient, had everything you would usually have in your own cozy flat, kitchen, microwave, actual washer which was very convenient, wifi and netflix set up was great! Cool points! The flat we were in was very convenient as it was about 100 meters or so from the bus and taxi stop, walking distance to the town center, walking distance to the riverside, no complaints at all, staff was friendly and responded to inquiries within a reasonable time frame, the only thing that you may need to be aware of is parking, there is no free parking just about anywhere really.Gesa2023-05-09Working in Dundee for 3 months at the beginning of this year I stayed in one of the apartments in Bell Street throughout that time. It is a great and very conveniently located place and I felt very much at home in the flat. The team around Greenstar Appartments were highly professional and always responded quickly to any enquiries. The kitchen was well equipped, the mattress super comfy and fortnightly cleaning service was included, too. I can only say I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Everything is there including WiFi and Netflix account. Kitchen with all plates, cutlery, pots, pans as well as condiments, oil and low calorie oil. Nice and big bath. There are only two issues, hearing and parking place. Heating is tricky, but you can call the manager and they will send someone to help you.
